You may want to bring a specific question or area of focus, but it's also fine to go with the flow and accept messages from the universe. For natal chart readings, it’s helpful to have your birth time, date, and location handy to ensure the most accurate insights. Most importantly, trust in the process and be ready to embrace the wisdom that comes through. Each reading is personalized to help you find answers and align with your true self.

  • Yes! We offer virtual tarot readings, natal chart sessions, and even some of our events and workshops. Whether you’re near or far, you can still experience the magic of Temperance & Co. Our virtual sessions are conducted via Google Meet, and we ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

  • No, all are welcome to join our coven gatherings! Whether you're new to the community or a longtime friend, you can always participate in our events and rituals. However, by joining the coven, you’ll gain exclusive access to our coven chat, where you’ll be the first to know about upcoming events and gatherings. Plus, we're soon launching a membership that will grant you access to our online grimoire, special rituals, and more magical content.

  • Absolutely! We offer gift certificates for tarot readings, natal chart sessions, and private events. It’s the perfect way to share the magic with someone special. Simply reach out to us via email  temperanceandcompany@gmail.com to purchase a gift certificate tailored to your needs.

  • Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that shipping fees vary based on location. For international orders, delivery times may take longer depending on your country’s customs processing. If you have any specific shipping inquiries, feel free to reach out to us directly.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If you have any issues with an order or service, please contact us at temperanceandcompany@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a missing item, a mistake on our end, or anything else. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

  • We want you to love every product you receive from Temperance & Co.! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at temperanceandcompany@gmail.com with your order details, and we'll guide you through the process. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

    Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our offerings, most items are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your experience, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make things right with an exchange or refund.
